I’m Sarah.

After graduating college, I worked as a TV news reporter at an NBC affiliate outside of Chicago. I then retired from that life to be a stay at home mom to my three little ones. While at home I was able to rekindle my love for decorating and crafts. A blog seemed like the perfect place to share those ideas. There is inspiration everywhere, I hope you find some here.

I have always liked making baby food. I used to puree everything for my kids instead of buying baby food. I have gotten a little lazy these days, and poor Elly is stuck with store bought baby food. But the other day I did decide to make her some frozen yogurt melts. Her food options are limited at her age, and I have bought the dried yogurt melts at the store, these are basically the same thing, just frozen.
These are perfect for her because they are so cold, it must feel good on her teething gums.
All you do is put some yogurt in a plastic bag, cut off one of the corners and squeeze it on a cookie sheet to make the little drops. Just like a frosting piping bag. Stick it in the freezer and that's it!
And she loves them!

{Parker is to blame for her black eye, you can barely see it now, but it looked pretty bad before, he dropped a basket on her head}
