I’m Sarah.

After graduating college, I worked as a TV news reporter at an NBC affiliate outside of Chicago. I then retired from that life to be a stay at home mom to my three little ones. While at home I was able to rekindle my love for decorating and crafts. A blog seemed like the perfect place to share those ideas. There is inspiration everywhere, I hope you find some here.

Sliced Fruit Ice Cubes

Sliced Fruit Ice Cubes

I love making homemade fruit popsicles and ice cubes. I made these layered ice cubes once and today I want to share some sliced fruit ice cubes. I love adding a lemon in my water so these little ice cubes are perfect.

Just slice up some fruit real small and place it in an ice cube tray.

Add water.

Then pop them out when they are frozen. Put them in water or juice and as the ice cube melts, you will be left with some little fruit slices adding just the perfect hint of flavor.
