I’m Sarah.

After graduating college, I worked as a TV news reporter at an NBC affiliate outside of Chicago. I then retired from that life to be a stay at home mom to my three little ones. While at home I was able to rekindle my love for decorating and crafts. A blog seemed like the perfect place to share those ideas. There is inspiration everywhere, I hope you find some here.

It made the winter seem so short-which I guess isn't so bad :) And we've been having such warm weather lately it's great. I love decorating for Easter and transitioning that in to spring decor.  2015 April Easter 7{source} Some of the easiest ways to transition your Easter decor to spring decor is to replace your eggs and bunnies with greenery and flowers. There are so many options for moss topiaries or boxwood spheres that will add a perfect spring touch and take the place of colorful easter eggs. Keeping your colors light and neutral can work great with the bright colors of easter eggs and be a great backdrop for your greenery and flowers for your spring decor. PB-Knockoff-Demi-jon-vase{source}
